Activate Increase, Inc. is committed to supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals in creating generational wealth for themselves, their families, and their communities. We believe that when we start building “at home” then we can have a greater impact on the planet at large. We make a promise to our clients and partners that we will be in the process with them until they reach their target goals and beyond. We are grateful and honored to serve in spaces where the information is wanted and needed.

Our coaching is designed to support the needs of every situation. We don’t use a one-size-fits-all plan. We take time to discover what each person, family, or business needs through one-on-one meetings before we develop a coaching plan that will lead them to success (or lead them to reaching their goals; people are attracted to the word “goal”). We start with where they are currently and go from there (or start from where they are, assess the priorities, and develop an individual, strategic plan). We discuss income and expenses, spending plans, life insurance, credit, wills, investing, and multiple sources of income. 

 

We also host group sessions either in person or via webinar to promote a collaborative and supportive environment that also provides safe spaces for vulnerability and breakthroughs and for growth and potential to occur. Our in-person sessions are held in Harlem, NY. Seating is very limited. Having our webinars once per week allows us to reach people worldwide.

 

Our youth coaching programs include using a curriculum that encourages teens to explore entrepreneurship as a career option and promote community awareness. Inside of this program we discuss how to handle student loans and credit. A board game for adolescents and teens is also played where wealth creation for the long term is the main focus.

 MASTERMIND 87-DAY MBA

 

The 87-Day MBA (Master Business Academy) is a quarterly mastermind group that helps those who have a 9-to-5 job and want to transition into full-time entrepreneurship. We also support those who are already in business and are feeling stuck and having challenges taking their business to the next level or those wanting to take their part-time business to full-time status. Either way, we coach our entrepreneurs to their next level of success. 

 

Why 87-Days? Studies have shown that it takes about 21 days to break a habit and around 66 days to create a new one. Studies have also shown that 80% of businesses last through their first year, but only 50% last beyond five years. 87-day MBA was created to support start-ups stay in business by teaching what is not taught in Business school through personal development and a supportive, like-minded community.

 

 

DEEP DIVE FOR SUCCESS COACHING

We all have a default set of preferences and this program helps you identify what they are and how to use them to your advantage. In this coaching program you will receive a personalized strategy to start executing at a higher level and moving from good to phenomenal. We help you identify your true self, your strengths (superpowers), your preferences, and your limitations (blindspots). You will find change and improve your life.
